bulb of the 21st Century! The CIL™ bulbs offers
a direct, screw-in, replacement for Incandescent
and compact fluorescent lamps with energy savings
up to 80% and a lifespan of 60,000 hours.

| Dual-Level
Fixtures |

Our unique and patent-pending* "dual-Level"
fixtures operate at a low light output in standby
mode, then switch to full light output as needed based
on sensor input. Each fixture is self-contained
and independently controlled to eliminate the need
for a costly and complex centralized control system.
With individual control of each fixture, power savings
can be increased by about 75% over conventional HID
lighting as only the necessary fixture(s) are activated
as needed.

and industrial lighting fixtures |

Our commercial
and industrial lighting fixtures use Magnetic Induction
Lamps with electronic ballasts which provide high
conversion efficiencies, offering energy savings
in the range of 30% to 70% over conventional HID
lighting with instant-on and hot re-strike. The
long lifespan of our lamps, in the 95,000 to 100,000
hour range, outlasts Metal Halide lamps over 10:1, and
High Pressure Sodium lamps about 5:1 providing additional
saving on maintenance and re-lamping costs. Typically,
our lamps will last for more than 10 years of 24/7
operation and come with a 5 year warranty.

Lamps & Ballasts |

GreenTech
will offer a range of round and rectangular lamps
and ballasts which feature a wide voltage input
range from 110 to 277 VAC 50/60 Hz. These
lamps and ballasts have been engineered for long
lifespan of 95,000~100,000 hours, reliability,
high light output (efficiencies ranging from
70 to 88 L/W), and a CRI of 80+
By replacing inefficient Metal
Halide and High Pressure Sodium lamps with these high
efficiency Magnetic Induction Lamps with low-overhead
electronic ballasts, savings of between 35% and
75% in energy and maintenance costs can be realized.

Company
Status:
We are presently in start-up mode, have raised
sufficient investment funds to enter into OEM contracts with various
suppliers, and are gearing up our assembly facility. Some
of our products have started the electrical approval process and
we expect to begin shipping products at the end of October
2010.
